TIVOLI Administrator

Zakres obowiązków:

Main Responsibilities:

- Installing, deploying and maintaining monitoring tools,
- Management of performance of systems and services,
- Management of the change process, preparation for new or changed services.

Wymagania:

Technical Requirements:

- Strong interest in Tivoli products: ITM, TLM, ITIM,
- Good knowledge of Unix,
- Experience with monitoring or administering systems,
- Experience with Tivoli, ITIM5 or ITIM6 would be an asset.

Other requirements:

- English on at least communicative level (additional language: German, French is an asset),
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in Informatics or IT related),
- Good communication and documentation skills,
- Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in the international and multicultural environment,
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work in shifts is welcome.
